The Flu Clinic is coming back to Gateway!
Wednesday, October 13
4-7pm
Cost: $20 (18-64 years of age)
$15 (65 and older)
Palomar Pomerado Health will bill straight Medicare ONLY
 
TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS
 
We need 55 people to participate this year to have the clinic come back in 2011.

 Whoever said exercise couldn't be fun, join us for the summer at the Wild Animal Park to walk and take in the beautiful scenery!

 We will meet at the entrance of the park.
