God Is Greater Than Our Hurts

Life is filled with disappointments. Disappointments in our marriage, parenting, jobs, relationships, health and finances. But perhaps the most painful ones come from our disappointments with God. In Psalm 77, the Psalmist describes how he worked thru his disappointment with God. His advice offers us some valuable direction to follow. Starting with the belief that it’s okay to be disappointed with God. Plus, the teens will lead us in the worship choruses. See you Sunday!

God Is Greater Than Our Hurts

Any hurts in life are hard but the hurts that sting the most come from other people. Psalm 55 offers some very practical advice on how to deal with those hurts. We'll be reminded that God can help us heal on the inside. You are encouraged to keep up with your reading from the Psalms. See you Sunday in our 10am service!

A Season of Confession

Psalm 51 records David's confession of sin with Bathsheba. Those words from his journal remind us of the need to come clean with our sin. We pay a high price when we neglect the need for confession. The observance of communion will offer us all a tangible reminder of God's willingness to forgive. You are encouraged to stay current with your Psalms reading schedule. See you Sunday in our 10am service.

...is the new series Craig will continue this Sunday in our 10am service. It's the book of Psalms that offer words of hope, comfort, challenge, confession and wisdom for every season in which we find ourselves. Craig will use a favorite Psalm this Sunday to describe another season of life. You are encouraged to keep up with the Psalms summer reading schedule. Enjoy the 4th! See you Sunday.
