Children meet during Gateway’s Sunday Service from 9;30-10:30am where we explore the amazing Word of God. Using the example of worshipers in the Bible, we explore together what it means to truly worship God through games, stories, and other memorable activities.

Realizing that today’s children need a firm foundation on Jesus, Gateway’s Children’s Ministry guides elementary children to sinking their “roots” into the strength, grace, and truth God gives and growing up as a community from that same foundation.

Children's Ministry!
Seedlings: 0-2 years
The infants and toddlers age group are cared for each Sunday in the Seedling nursery, during the 10:00am service. We have several dedicated church members who volunteer their time to care for God’s little seedlings.
Time spent includes simple bible stories, interactive playtime, and group activities. Every aspect of this care is through the love of Jesus Christ! In turn, the Seedlings can grow and flourish under God’s light.
If you would like to give to this room, we gratefully accept donations of diapers, formula, baby wipes, and Cheerios. Please contact Janet Chapman at jchapman.gcc@gmail.com or simply drop them off with the Sunday morning volunteers anytime between 9:45-11:15.
Best Buds: 3-5 years
The Best Buds class consists of children ages 3 years old -
5 years old and are cared for during our Sunday worship service
at 10:00am. This is an exciting age, as God’s Grace and Love
fills their hearts with learning, companionship, and connection.
“There is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.”
Still blooming and becoming who God has designed them to be, Gateway’s toddlers will be introduced to Jesus, a Friend who will stick closer than a brother, while giving them a safe, loving environment that encourages fun interactions with classmates.
Your little ones will be engaged with all aspects of the fruit of the spirit. We want to encourage all the little buds to grow, toward God’s light…
Roots Up: 1st - 5th Graders
1st – 5th Graders meet during Gateway’s Sunday Service from 10:00am – 11:00am. During the Roots Up service, kids explore the amazing Word of God.
